					<description>&#62;&#62;&#62;&#62;Verizon locked my account with a password, and it has been a hassle ever since because I picked a hard-to-pronounce password (what was I thinking… duh!). Anyway, at least it is safer than normal.

And my bank makes me tell them my last 3 transactions (amongst other things) before they'll help me. Too safe to ever manage a transaction on the phone.

As a side note: In a climate of celebrity news aggregators blogging on the industry for $, your posts are a refreshing change. thanks.</description>
