He obviously sees no value in having the right name. Seems like every startup with a bad domain makes some other unsuspecting domain a boatload. Flicker.com and utube.com come to mind instantly, but how about when facebook was thefacebook.com and didn't actually own facebook.com. Based on the above observations, it should be available for sale (by all appearances Terry Beatty is not a billion dollar corporation - do correct me if I am wrong). If anyone were to possibly look like a chump, it would be the people launching Pounce on Pownce.com. Unless there's more to the story. Is there?
