[...] Some time ago I commented on the status of New Jersey Web Design in Google. I also found what appears to be a perfect example of a New Jersey web design firm in the CyberXDesigns.com website. I have gotten to know Allie and Hans at CyberXDesigns, and they are very high quality, and almost more New Jersey than NJ Transit or Princeton. [...]

Hi there....wo ndering if y u might know of anyone who might be interested......

I am an Executive R ecruiter with XXXXX. I' m hoping you can help me.

I was hoping you might know of so meone who might be interested in the fo llowing position. Anyone I can network with would be very helpful. We pay a $500.00 finders fee should the person you refer t o us be hired. Yo u don't need to call them. I will do that. And, of course, we keep all calls confidential.

I am currently searching fo r a candidate for th e following positions: :

Associate Creative Director (Copy). New Jersey. Established 50-person full-service agency is looking to hire an ACD with a strong copy background. Candidates should have evidence that they have big ideas for big brands. Should be smart, nimble, creative, funny! Person hired will be producing everything from TV spots to print campaigns to collateral and online work. Prior TV experience is an absolute must, as is 7 or more years of ad agency experience, strong project management skills and ability to supervise creative teams. Salary in the $80,000 - $100,000 range, depending on experince.

Online / Interactive Media Supervisor. New Jersey. Established 50 person full-service agency needs person with 7 years media experience and 3 years online media experience. Responsibilities include developing and overseeing the interactive media planning and buying on several high profile accounts. Candidates should have experience in most forms of online media options including banners, webinars, search marketing, email, flash, video, blogs, mobile, new emerging technology, etc. Experience using Atlas and/or Double Click also desirable. Salary range is $70,000-$100,000, depending on level and nature of experience. Agency has a good employee benefits program.
I hope to hear from you soon!

(full contact info)

John's Note: This is blog comment spam. The typos and mis-spellings were added by me; it was actually a well-written comment. It also had full contact info for the recruiter who posted it. However, it is spam so I adjusted it. Why is it spam? It's a comercial post from a recruiter. It says $500 finders fee, yet provides no mechanism for me to get credit for any web referral. The poster didn't ask permission for this commercial message (i.e. advertisement) and that's simply rude. Want to advertise on my blog? Contact me (see sidebar for contact form).

Shame you didn't make it to the first SEO by the Sea event, John. Would have been great if you had. I went to high school not too far where you were living in New Jersey (a couple of towns over from Princeton), and most of my family still live in that area.

Great to hear though, that you are now an SEO by the Sea. That yacht looks like a lot of fun.
