When this popped into my reader this morning I thought it was great news! On further reading it seems that there is a hidden agenda here... I'm wondering what sort of income Adobe are looking to derive from such a service? How on earth will they sort through all of the pictures that they are not claiming ownership of (honest!) to determine which ones they can use as promotion or sell?? Or maybe they expect us to sift through them all and decide which ones we'd like to buy?

Maybe this will lead to other companies with a more transparent agenda to follow suit...

There are some reports that Adobe is backtracking, and saying that the legal department is looking into making it better. Yawn.
